Fatemeh Keshavarz to appear on Just Peace radio show this evening

As Iran celebrates the 30th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution, a network of individuals and associations inside and outside of Iran known as Iranians for Peace have written to President Obama to encourage direct dialogue with Iranian authorities to find political solutions to nuclear standoffs. They also call for “a nuclear-weapon-free zone for ALL the countries in the Middle East, as voted for by the General Conference of the International Atomic Energy Agency.”

This evening, IFP honorary cochair Fatemeh Keshavarz will be a guest on the Atlanta-based radio program “Just Peace,” from 6-7 pm on WRFG 89.3 FM. You can listen live online by clicking a link on their homepage.

Keshavarz is the author of Jasmine and Stars: Reading More Than Lolita in Tehran. She blogs about Iranian politics and culture at Windows on Iran.
