Sheri Castle, author of The New Southern Garden Cookbook: Enjoying the Best from Homegrown Gardens, Farmers’ Markets, Roadside Stands, and CSA Farm Boxes, sat down for an audio interview to discuss the origins of her book and the ideas behind some of her (over 300!) recipes. She talks about some of its features and the advantages of using fresh-from-the garden ingredients and incorporates stories and background that give a personal touch to her dishes.
